НО тут какая то странная таблица нарисована.

У гаста на 3-м ударе шанс фриза больше 100%. Кажется как-то так.

It is rumoured that players only need to be hit 3 times by Storm Gust to freeze. This is false. The third hit of Storm Gust -- regardless of whether it was the same one that did the first two times or not -- has a 150% chance to freeze the target. This means, with the exception of those immune to the Freezing (http://irowiki.org/classic/Frozen) status, players with high MDEF (http://irowiki.org/classic/MDEF) can lower this chance to under 100% and have a chance at not freezing on the third hit.

Многие базарят, мол третьего удара достаточно для фриза. Это пиздеж. Третий удар гаста имеет шанс фриза 150%. То есть, если у чувака высокий мдеф (который понижает шанс фриза, как мы помним), то есть шанс снижения шанса фриза со 150% до 80-90% и тогда гаст может и не зафризить.

Конкретнее про ангела — гаст фризит с ударом. Мисс — нет фриза.
